Our Policies

Please note that we do not accept returns/exchanges on ANY of our products. 

UK and International Customers - All items are thoroughly checked before being dispatched. However, if you find a fault in the item you have up to 7 days to contact us for a refund. You will have to pay to return the product to us, once the item has been checked then we will refund you.

International Customers - Please ensure you give the correct address when checking out. If the item gets returned to us then you will not be refunded for the price paid for delivery. We will only refund you money paid for the product/s.
